We:         * honed our language and public relations skills\n\n          * defined professional and business aspects of being a home funeral guide\n\n          * worked together to devise best practices\n\n          * explored ways to deal with difficult situations\n\n          * shared and developed education and advocacy resources\n\n     \nWe continue to learn from one another\,\n and hope you will join us at a future NHFA Conference.\n\n
